Terms of Use

1. What YOU 2.0 is

YOU 2.0 is a personal system for tracking habits, tasks, goals, and reflections, helping you become the version of yourself you've defined. The Service is an organization and tracking tool — it is not medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice of any kind, and should not be used as a substitute for qualified professional guidance.

2. Your account

• You must provide a valid email and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for everything that happens on your account.
• The Service is intended for people 13 years of age or older.
• You can delete your account at any time from the app's Settings.

3. Free plan and Premium

YOU 2.0 offers a free plan with limited features and a paid Premium plan, with additional features described in the app at the time of subscribing.

• The Premium subscription is billed on a recurring (monthly) basis until you cancel.
• On the website, payment is processed by Stripe. On the iOS app, the purchase is processed by Apple through In-App Purchase, and is also subject to Apple's terms.
• Cancellations and refunds for subscriptions made through Apple follow Apple/App Store's own policies. Subscriptions made through the website can be cancelled directly under Settings → Manage subscription, and Premium access remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
• We may change Premium pricing, giving reasonable advance notice.

4. Acceptable use

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes or in ways that violate third parties' rights.
• Attempt to access other users' data or bypass security mechanisms.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service without authorization.
• Automate use of the Service abusively (bots, mass scraping).

5. Content you create

The habits, goals, reflections, and other content you enter in the app belong to you. You grant us only the license necessary to store and process that content for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Intellectual property

YOU 2.0, its brand, design, and code are owned by Raphael Collasos and protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app under these terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YOU 2.0 is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service, including personal decisions made based on information recorded in the app.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where possible.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change means you agree to the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and any disputes will be submitted to the courts of Mongaguá, São Paulo, Brazil, unless otherwise required by law.
